FourM Executive Search offers international executive search in the markets of IT, telecommunications and new media. A team of consultants and researchers works to fill high-level positions in the ICT sector.

FourM was established in 1991. Its own unique approach to executive search, which focuses on specialisation and market knowledge, soon began to pay off. FourM places an ever-increasing number of people in companies, operating both nationally and internationally. Due to an outstanding knowledge of the (labour) market, an in-house research division and international cooperation, FourM has succeeded in establishing long-term relationships both with many clients and candidates.

Our Approach

FourM matches candidates with management and executive level positions. Knowledge of the ICT market is the basis of executive search.

FourM maintains and expands this basis by using its own in-house research division.  Researchers closely follow developments in the ICT and related sectors. They work round the clock monitoring and analysing trends, innovations, reorganisations and everything else that makes the ICT (labour) market so dynamic and turbulent.

The 4M model

Managers must keep or make a company successful. To this end, FourM has developed the 4M model. The success of an enterprise is determined by the mutual relationships between Market, Managers, eMployees, and competitors.
