Approach

FourM begins the process of recruitment and selection by putting together a profile of the position. This profile describes the characteristics of the company, the vacant position and the desired candidate. Then, based on this description, advertisements are developed and published. Next, FourM selects from the responses a group of candidates with which it will meet. In these meetings FourM provides a clear overview of the content and background of the position. The candidate discusses his/her personality, ambitions, plans and professional competence.

Media Plan

Based on the nature and scope of the position, FourM will provide the employer with a detailed media plan that contains the content of the advertisement, the dates on which it will be published, how often it will appear and publications in which it will be advertised.

Personal Profile

To support the selection process, each candidate will fill out a questionnaire. The answers will help form an impression of the personality of the candidate. This impression will be discussed during the selection interview. Upon request of the employer, we can also conduct an extensive assessment.
